We guarantee to fulfill the program you have purchased within the agreed target date.  If we fail to meet the agreed target date for the program you have purchased, you may request a full refund and it will be granted.

4. Make your First Payment

Your contract will detail the services that we are providing, their costs and the deadlines for implementation.  You will be required to provide your payment information with the contract, sign it and date it.

Upon successfully processing your first payment, the contract will be in force.  All target dates included in the contract will be counted from the date of the first successful charge for the services you have purchased from us.

No other guarantees are offered. 

We only guarantee that we will do what we promise, which will be in the contract that we provide.  We cannot forecast the results of our efforts for you as related to your specific position in search engine's results pages.  (And NO ONE ultimately can do this, because only the search engines themselves can control this ...)

We do not use "tricks" or "secrets".  We only employ methods that are standard and accepted. 

We know that we are following legitmate and accepted practices in our work, but we do not control the algorithm of any search engine.

To the best of our ability, we are only working to help promote legitimate and well-operated small businesses that operate legally and are US based.  (We individually verify EVERY applicant).

Manual, Verified Program

Our program is NOT automated.  We indivdually verify every business that we serve.  We contact them personally to ensure that they are indeed legitmate US based businesses and we confirm their business references as well.

• If applicants to our program do not agree with our Business Ethics Policy and practice it, we do not work with them.
  
  
• Unless applicants provide three business or character references (other than family) we do not work with them.
  
  
• Unless we get a favorable report from the supplied references, we do not work with them.

Exceptions?

We make absolutely no exceptions to our policies.  Some persons would think that our policies are too strict.  We know that such demands will limit the number of businesses that we serve.  That is why we do it.

The human element is critical to maintaining the validity and value of our program.  If you apply for our service and it is not granted, all we can do is say, "Sorry, your business was not approved."
